Single Cask &
Scotch Whisky

 

Versatile Labelling, Packaging & Capping

We fulfill a variety of labelling, packaging, and capping requirements, from standard cork mouth closures to ROPP closures. And, if you come to us with a uniquely intricate idea, we’ll make that happen too.

Our inline labelling equipment handles straight sided and conical shaped bottles with ease, while our white gloves are here to hand-label your bespoke order. All goods can be palletised and sent to the destination of your choice. For single cask customers, we can provide standard 70-75cl whisky bottles with corks and capsules. Full service, indeed.

 

Trailblazing Facilities

Our unrivalled warehouse and storage facility allows us to offer an extended list of services to our clients. Hold onto your glass because things are about to get technical.

The line consists of ATEX filling machines, an in-line labelling machine for the front, back, and neck labels, as well as a 3-part filtration system and a dedicated miniature line that can run 2cl - 10cl bottles. Everything is brand new and completely deep-cleaned after every run.

Young Spirits is a bonded warehouse facility authorised by HMRC. We are registered with the Spirits Drinks Verification Scheme for both Irish and Scotch whisky labelling, and registered with City of Edinburgh Council as a food & drinks business. We are fully compliant with UK/EU regulations and can offer all export paperwork.

With our comprehensive portfolio of single cask whiskies from all over Scotland, we’ve tapped the best distilleries for everything from new make to perfectly dignified and all the blends or single malts in between. And if you’re after empty sherry or wine casks, or whisky in bulk, we can source that too.

For an age-old art, whisky blending is becoming increasingly popular (and for good reason). Whether you’re blending pre- or post-casking, our seasoned team is on deck to help with flavour development and blending to your recipe. We’ll even help you sample.

 

Re-Racking

Put the task of re-racking your spirits in trusted hands and a bonded facility. We’re fully stocked with different casks types from our partner bodegas across Europe, along with new oak wood at a variation of char levels from our partner cooperages.

Bespoke Private Labelling

Create an exclusive house pour with your very own private label of whisky, gin, vodka, or Scotch. You bring the brand and ideas, we’ll provide the superior bottling.

Sampling, Miniatures & Gift Sets

Samples for a marketing campaign? Check. Seasonal gifts? Double check. Those wee bottles? Our dedicated line has that triple-checked. We fill, label, and pack all of the above for clients big and small, online or offline. A Swiss army knife has nothing on our versatility.

    Send your spirits to our bottling facility and we’ll prepare it to your precise specifications.

    We do the heavy lifting to bottle, label, and add the finishing touches to your products.

    The finish line. We package your product up and get it ready for shipping or storage.

 
 

Casking Experience

Come raise a glass with us and experience your whisky being bottled first-hand. We’re within easy reach of Edinburgh’s city centre or airport.

Whether we’re sampling fresh bottles or delving into history with spirits experts, our warehouse doors are always open for you to come get a taste of what goes into your favourite drinks. Every Young Spirits event, from workshops and launches to guest speakers and gatherings, brings us together to experience what makes every spirit so distinctive and each run so unique.

And, if your spirit is in production, you can get your very own behind-the-scenes look of your casks being bottled from our viewing platform. We’ll make sure your glass is topped up with the first taste.

Do you provide spirits reduction as a service?

Yes, we offer spirit reduction services using the highest quality, demineralised water.

Do you provide chill filtration as a service?

Unfortunately we don’t offer chilled filtration as a service.
