Bottling & Labelling
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Kind of. Runs start at 180 bottles, but we have a minimum order charge for any production runs less than that. It’s the best of both worlds, we think.
What bottle size do I need?
Our lines can handle any shape and size bottle. The bottle size often depends on the market that you’re selling to, so do your research and ask us questions.
Can I order a sample?
Of course — we’ll happily pour you a serve or two. We can provide 10cl spirit samples for £20 GBP per unit. The cost of shipping your samples is based on where your samples are going and weight.
Can you do miniatures?
Definitely. We have a dedicated miniature line that’s capable of bottling sizes from 2cl to 50cl.
Can you assist in the design of my label?
We can sign-post you to a number of specialised designers that can assist with your brand and labelling needs.
Do you offer private label bottling?
Yes, we offer private labels for Scotch whisky and gin. We’ll get the white gloves out.
Whisky & Spirits
What types of spirits can you process?
We can process all spirits but we draw the line at processing carbonated drinks, i.e. beer and the like.
Can I bottle single casks at your facility?
Of course! We specialising in single cask and scotch whisky.
Are you able to blend whisky or spirits?
You bring the recipe, we’ll vat and blend accordingly.
Do you provide spirits reduction as a service?
Yes, we offer spirit reduction services using the highest quality, demineralised water. You know what they say: nothing beats Scottish water.
Do you provide chill filtration as a service?
Unfortunately we do not offer chill filtration as a service.
Does Young Spirits distil spirits?
We do not distil spirits at our facility, but we are able to source and supply whisky, gin, bourbon, rum and cognac from some of the UKs finest distilleries.
Supply, Storage & Distribution
Do you provide dry goods?
We stock a range of popular dry goods, ready for you to use. A catalogue of our stock can also be provided on request — just ask.
What dry goods do I need to consider for bottling?
We stock a range of the most popular dry goods, ready for your use. However, if you’re thinking about providing your own dry goods, make sure you supply the following items:

Do you provide bulk storage?
For you, yes. We have lots of onsite storage for pallets and casks.
Are you able to handle distribution of my products?
Yes, we can distribute pallets to customers. And we can provide all export paperwork for international markets.

What are the legal requirements?
UK based companies require a WOWGR authorisation from HMRC to purchase spirits under bond.
Are you a bonded facility?
Yes, we are a bonded facility with full HMRC compliance.
